What is Hypnosis?
Hypnosis is best described as a very normal, natural, healthy and relaxed state of mind. It is a nallurally occurring body respose. Hypnosis is state of ultered consciousness, where the concious part of the brain is somewhat slowed to allow a more direct link to the subconscious. That part of the brain that is naturally aware of whats going on, looking out for possible threats to the human body, wether emotional or physical the subconscious's highest intention is to protect and maintain homeostasis. If the unconscious feels that it may be under threat then it reacts in a physical bodily reaction otherwise known as a subconscious reaction. Hypnosis allows direct access to the subconscious allowing it to subdue its fears and un-necessary responses.
