A not-for-profit organisation, Diverse Community Care was established in July 2010 following the merger of Midwest Community Care and Community Independence Support Services. Services are available in the Local Government Areas of Auburn, Bankstown, Blacktown, Holroyd, Hunters Hill, Parramatta, Ryde and The Hills.
