We are a husband and wife team providing complete Paddock to Plate 'On Farm' Butchering Service. We have considerable experience, having commenced mobile butchering in New Zealand in 1985. We have also owned and operated a retail butcher shop up in Bundaberg, Queensland. Roy also holds Meat Inspector qualifications, giving you peace of mind. (Don't get any ideas though. It does not mean you can legally sell your meat!) We pride ourselves in presenting all your meat back to you, professionally packed and labelled.
We are based in Berwick, Victoria, and service the Casey, Cardinia, Frankston, Mornington Peninsula, Bass Coast and Yarra Ranges areas
